Hack Rides Sverige AB general conditions regarding Hack Ride's platform for drivers, Hack Driver.
Generally
Information about Hack Rides Sverige AB hereinafter called Hack Rides.
These general conditions apply to all services that Hack rides provides via the limited company Hack Rides Sverige AB 559278-8078.
Below written as we, our, us, Hack Rides or Hack rides for our customers, below written as you or the customer.

Terms and conditions
Upon registration of your company on our platform, Hack Rides under the trade name Hack Rides, will provide requests from users for specific passenger transport between selected destinations. With your registration, you have verified yourself with Hack Rides and certified that your company or you as a driver have the legal and required licenses required to operate taxi business and taxi transport. Upon registration, you are deemed to have accepted the terms. You also agree that we have the right to request that you send us a copy of an extract from the Police Charge Register if you are notified.
The registered taxi company is fully responsible for transportation of customer obtained from the Hack Rides platform. The execution of the passenger transport must take place in such a way that is compatible with the regulations the taxi company has to comply with in accordance with Swedish law. Your company must also consider industry practices and customs.
Hack Rides Sverige AB is not a registered taxi company but only performs a service to provide customers who seek taxi services through our platform and is therefore not responsible for indirect, temporary personal injuries or other damages that occur during a taxi journey. In the case of personal injury, liability and costs are regulated by the Health Care Act (1982: 763) (Health Care Act (1982: 763).
Hack Rides reserves the right to suspend a taxi company that does not meet the legal requirements imposed on them from our platform. Repeated customer complaints can also be grounds for suspension from Hack Ride's platform.
Registration
When registering a taxi company on our platform, you get access to a customer portal via logging into the app or through our website, hackrides.com.
There you can administer your added data and have a full overview of your active drivers and their booking history.
Your car fleet is also administered from the portal mentioned above.
Modification of Terms
We reserve the right to change these terms at any time. To continue using our service, you must agree to the terms change.
Own content
The Website and/or the App contain features for uploading and storing files and other information that you provide, hereinafter referred to as Content. You are responsible for all distribution and other actions performed by you and on your account.
By uploading content to the website and/or app, you represent that you have the necessary rights to the uploaded content, or have permission to use the content in such a way that this or your use of the content does not contravene applicable law. We will not check whether the content has been uploaded or distributed through the Website and/or the App in a manner that complies with applicable law/s.
By posting content to the website and/or app, you are aware that, depending on your account settings, such content may become available to others. We are not responsible for the loss of any content. We are not responsible for the accuracy of the content you have created.
Booked trip by customer
The driver always decides for himself which trips the driver wants to take from the trips presented in the driver app. It is the responsibility of the driver to handle booking requests from the customer in such a way that the customer does not perceive negligence or carelessness on the part of the driver in accepting rides that are then canceled by the driver. Failure to do so may result in driver suspension.
Cancellation
Both the customer and the taxi driver have the right to cancel an order under certain conditions. In the event that a cancellation entails an additional cost for the driver, this will be clearly reported on the platform before the cancellation can be carried out.
Booking details
We save information such as pick-up location, drop-off location and the route of the trip until the driver indicates in the app that the trip has ended.
We save the pick-up time, name, phone number and the driver's ID when booking. When a trip is completed, the payment transaction is saved and cannot be deleted. This information is stored for seven years in accordance with Swedish tax legislation.
Booking history
The customer and the driver always have full access to their travel history on the chosen platform where all details regarding the trip are stored, including any text conversation that may have occurred between the customer and the driver.
All information relating to the customer is deleted upon their active de-registration from Hack Ride's platform issued by Hack Rides, except for the information that must legally be stored for seven years regarding Hack Rides's accounting obligation.
Location function
The driver must have the location function turned on. The passenger/customer can choose to turn off the location function. The customer will then have to enter the collection address manually. If the customer chooses to have their location function activated, the pick-up address can be automatically registered and the driver can see the customer's position.
Signing of agreement
With the signing of this agreement, the applicant company guarantees on its honor and conscience that it has completed the statutory VAT registration and that the company holds an F-tax certificate (F-skattsedel) and the associated license to be able to conduct taxi operations.
The company also guarantees to be able to legally offer the customers Hack Rides provides, a properly executed taxi service.
The drivers who register in the Hack Rides driving app, do solemnly swear that the uploaded data and documents are truthful.
